Craig Leon

Craig Leon joined Burbangana Group in 2024 after a long career as a public servant based in Canberra. Craig is a proud Worimi man of Forster, New South Wales. In 2019 he received a Sir Roland Wilson Foundation Pat Turner Scholarship to complete a PhD research thesis, titled Unconscious Bias in the Australian Public Service: Implications for Indigenous employment. Following publication of his thesis Craig has delivered several training workshops focusing on ‘Unconscious Bias’.
Craig is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in: cultural competence, unconscious bias, human resource management, leadership, organisational behaviour, First Nations employment, change management, review and evaluation, policy development, and program management.
Craig specialises in marshalling the skills and experience of peers and colleagues for diversity
of thought and the identification of robust and inclusive business solutions.
