Our Commitment to Action

We acknowledge the traditional and continuing owners of the lands and waters of Australia and pay our respects to elders, past and present. We pay tribute to the wisdom, richness, diversity and resilience of First Nations peoples and cultures.

We work in partnership with First Nations people to enhance community, social and economic well being. We also work broadly with government agencies, not for profits, social enterprises and corporates contributing to wellbeing.

We do this by:

• Establishing culturally proficient teams and ensuring that the expertise and lived experience of First Nations people informs our work
• Actively seeking Associate and Strategic Alliance partnerships with First Nations people
• Increasing employment opportunities for First Nations people through our company and our work more broadly
• Working in partnership with client organisations signed up to improving outcomes with and for First Nations people in the areas of organisational and individual effectiveness, policy development, consultation and program design
• Ensuring that we consider and highlight the implications for First Nations people in all of our work.
